According to recent market rumours in the media Harry Winston Diamond Corporation is in negotiations concerning a sale of its luxury brand segment. Harry Winston has now confirmed that various indications of interest in its luxury brand segment have been received, but stated that the company is not in active negotiations regarding any such transaction.

The company’s general policy is not to comment on market rumours and no further public announcements regarding this matter will be made unless changed circumstances and the law requires it.
