On Saturday, 10th of November it is time for the autumn edition of the Important Watches at Kaplans Auktioner in Stockholm. The auction house will present Auction number 1, Audemars Piguet Royal Oak in steel and platinum, limited in 25 pieces only. Among the newer watches they show two pieces of ’’Lange 1’’ from the preeminent watch house A. Lange & Söhne from Glashütte in Germany, says Tony Frank -head of valuation at Kaplans Auktioner. In just a few years, Lange & Söhne have succeeded in becoming one of the most prestigious luxury watches on the market.
Number 46 is one of the worlds most popular watch, ROLEX Oyster Cosmograph Daytona with the much sought after so called "Paul Newman" dial. In this auction Kaplans Auktioner also has a selection of classic Rolex GMT-Masters from the 1970's and 1980's. See the entire catalogue here.
