The Geneva Time Exhibition (GTE) was launched in 2010 and brings together under one roof independent watchmakers, not present at the two major exhibitions Baselworld and SIHH. The GTE 2013 will be held at the Bâtiment des Forces Motrices in Geneva from Sunday January 20 till Thursday January 24. On Thursday the exhibition is open to the public, the previous days only for trade representatives.
Good news for the GTE organizers is that Antiquorum, auctioneers of modern and vintage timepieces, has announced its support as an official sponsor.
Ellen Stoffels is responsible for the editorial organisation of 00/24 Horloges and 00/24 WatchWorld UK and 00/24 WatchWorld Scandinavia. Time is an important part of her work: it’s a crucial thing to ensure the magazine will appear on time. Moreover she loves words, letters and everything that has a relation with language. So she writes interviews, shop reports, checks text for spelling and grammar and visits several watch events and fairs.Website: www.0024watchworld.com
