If a few Paneristis read this entry, they probably will know what I'm talking about when I mention the PAM195. A very special watch which was launched in 2003, each with the owner's name engraved on the case-back. Maybe they will not recognise the watch, which then means that they probably joined the Panerai-frenzy post 2003. Maybe they only know of the 300 pieces PAM360, also with black coating, which was launched last year.
Ooooohh MAMA! The second anniversary watch honoring the popular Panerai fan site, www.paneristi.com, just arrived to my door step. Fortunately I had my PAM195 on my wrist, when the friendly postman delivered yet another important critter to my collection, making a "quick and dirty" photo session possible.
You like Panerai? A lot? Then you must have heard of a website called Paneristi.com. The most popular place to be if the Italian watch brand has your attention. This is not only a dedicated website, it is an International community. A community that started in 2000 when Scotsman Guy Verbist wanted to use his IT-skills to something different than accounting. He also liked watches, Panerai especially, and pronto: www.paneristi.com was born!
