Order
By placing an order through our website you are committing yourself to purchasing the goods contained in your order. You will then receive an automatic email confirming the receipt of the order. The contract comes into being with the transmission of a second email in which we confirm that your goods have been dispatched. The data for your order is saved. As a registered customer, you can log into your account with your access data and view or change your personal information.
Payment
Payment can be made through PayPal as an advance payment or via credit card.
Prices
Our prices are shown in Euros, US Dollars or Pound Sterling where applicable. You can change the currency of the prices shown by using the currency selection box at the left of the website page. All prices include taxes when applicable. We reserve the right to change prices.
Delivery deadlines
Your order will generally be processed within 3 to 7 workdays and delivered within a week after processing your order. We will inform you by email should an article be temporarily unavailable.
We reserve the right to partial delivery (no additional cost) if an article is temporarily unavailable.
Complaints
We thoroughly check all goods before sending them. We are not responsible for damages that occur during the transport or shipping of the goods. If you have any other complaints, please make sure that we will receive your written notice within 7 days after receipt of your goods.
Return policy
You have the right to revoke your declaration of purchase within 7 days by written notice or - if you have received the purchased object already within this period - by sending back the purchased object. The postage costs for the returned goods will be at your own expense.

The prices mentioned on our website are including shipping.
Reservation of Proprietary Rights
Until full payment has been made all goods remain in possession of The English Shop.
In the case that one of these regulations should become void, this will not impede the effectiveness of the other regulations.
