Dutch interior designer and watch lover Jan des Bouvrie made his first serious steps in the watch world by designing a watch for the German watch brand MeisterSinger. The MeisterSinger Perigraph Jan des Bouvrie, based on the regular Perigraph, has a 43mm case and an automatic movement. Des Bouvrie gave the watch striking colours like the white dial (with of course the typically MeisterSinger single hand) combined with red details.

An outer circle on the dial shows the hours and minutes, an inner circle – that turns behind the upper dial – shows the date. The watch will be expected in February/March in a limited edition of 109 pieces.

Jan des Bouvrie is for a long time a well-knowned interior and architecture designer. He started his career as a student of the Rietveld Academy in Amsterdam. In Naarden (the Netherlands) Des Bouvrie has his own interior store/design centre “The Arsenaal”. For the last years he is also one of 00/24 Watch of the Year jury members.
