A great little watch movie with a message and looks awesome. The film ‘Better Starts Now’ was made by Dutch commercial maker Johan Kramer, production company 100% Halal and agency Wieden+Kennedy Tokio for Citizen and shows the philosophy of the Japanese brand that it’s always possible to improve.
Now is the time to start improving according to Citizen and it tells that message in short movie that was shot at a watchmaker’s workbench and the black and white images were shot with original camera’s from the 30’s and 80’s. The movie also marks the beginning of a new brand identity for Citizen as well as a new logo and website.
