Launch of the completely revamped 0024 Horloges [photo report]
Yesterday saw the launch of the completely revamped watch magazine 0024 Horloges. In a relaxed and comfortable setting at Timothy Oulton’s gallery in Amsterdam, the new 180 page magazine was revealed in front of a select group of prominent figures in the Dutch watch industry and it was a big success. We’re proud to say that the attendees hailed the format, the diversity, the quality of the photography, the look and feel of the paper and the sheer weight of the magazine.
The magazine, which clearly shows that “every watch has a story to tell’, is a reinvention in both content, design and look and feel. Starting in 2017, the new 0024 Horloges is a bi-annual magazine that has the appearance of a coffee table book but with the journalistic contents and qualities of a magazine.
After handing out the new magazines to many of the guests were caught flipping through it while lounging comfortably in a handcrafted sofa. It was the ultimate experience; reading about traditional yet innovative watches of the highest in a magazine made with dedication, love and skills whilst sitting on a piece of Timothy Oulton furniture that shows passion for traditional handcraftsmanship with a glass of champagne close at hand. The fantastic food was taken care of by Lisa Takens of Puur Pippa.Needless to say, the launch party of the all-new 0024 Horloges was a great success.
